Rebrand and development of a small 48 page listing guide into
a 196 page glossy what's on magazine for the East Midlands

BRIEF: Rebrand and develop a what's on guide for the midlands to include clubbing, fashion, dining, film, live music, etc.

The brief was very loose - the original publication was printed black and white, laden with regurgitated press releases and covering very little of the local scene.

With a small team we decided to expand the magazine to cover all aspects of the local entertainment offerings, adding fashion, food, hair and beauty, clubbing news and comedy, all of which would appeal to advertisers.

Design was colourful with a Helvetica Bold font used throughout to give impact, while covers were kept minimal allowing photography to have maximum impact.
