BRIEF: Develop a brand style to decorate the annual week-long Bard EMEA Company meeting to be attended by 650 delegates
The title and theme for the meeting was "Winning", chosen to celebrate the success of the last 12 months for the sales teams, and to refocus for the year ahead. With the meeting taking place at the iconic seafront W Hotel in Barcelona, a contemporary style was used to work with the venue's own iconic branding.
Banners, hand-outs, presentations, folded guides, maps and a series of promotional items were all created to enhance the delegates experience. A local AV company (TigreLab) was then hired to oversee the staging of the football-themed live event. A seperate Gala evening saw the branding take on a gold Balon D'or theme to celebrate and award the best reps annual results and performance.
